Niclaus Engineering Corporation provides comprehensive services and we are involved in all aspects of the design process, including surveying and mapping, site planning, drainage, water and sewer conveyance design, flood control programs, stormwater permitting and the preparation and processing of development applications.  Projects include residential developments, office and industrial parks, retail shopping centers, mixed-use development projects and resort and recreation developments.

Our clients come from both the public and private sectors.  They include city, state, development companies, investment groups, individual landowners and nonprofit institutions.

We are especially aware of the value and importance of providing individual attention to each project and to working within the constraints of time and budget.  To ensure the greatest coordination and responsiveness, new projects are assigned to a team directed by the President of the firm.  The Project Manager is then directly responsible for the project from feasibility planning through final approval.  Construction services are also available.

Niclaus Engineering Corporation is a leader in the community.  A supporter of the United Way since 1997, Niclaus Engineering Corporation is also involved with Stroudsburg Rotary Club, the Pocono Mountains Chamber of Commerce and the Pennsylvania Association of Environmental Professionals.  Niclaus Engineering Corporation supports its employee’s involvement with many non-profit organizations in the Monroe County community.
